Leyland "Lee" DeVito is a writer, illustrator, and designer. He has been Editor in Chief of Metro Times, Detroit’s alt-weekly, since 2016.

His writing has been published in Metro Times, Hour Detroit magazine, VICE, and In These Times, among others.

His illustrations have appeared in Metro Times, Hour Detroit magazine, BLAC magazine, Cleveland Scene, San Antonio Current, and Orlando Weekly, as well as on rock record covers (the Dirtbombs, Kelly Jean Caldwell, Chris Bathgate), and limited edition bottles of 1800 Tequila. 

He was born and raised in the Detroit area.
